WELCOME
TO NORWOOD GREEN CHIMNEY SWEEP
Do you need the services of a chimney sweep?
If you have an open fire or solid fuel stove, then over time
your chimney’s flue or flue liner will gather a build up of soot,
tar and other harmful contaminants which, if left for too long,
have the potential to cause a dangerous chimney fire.
It is therefore important to have your chimney’s flue swept
on a regular basis. The industry recommendation is a minimum
of once a year. Sweeping by a professionally trained sweep
will not only give you peace of mind, but will also extend the life
of your flue/liner and could highlight any potential maintenance
issues with your appliances, flues, stacks, pots or cowls.
And many home insurance policies require proof
your chimney has been annually swept.
